FAQ

Ranch Water Events is a DRY HIRE Bartending Service. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Dry hire means that you, the customer, must purchase the alcohol you'd like us to serve at your private event.
Simply put, we provide EVERYTHING BUT the alcohol.
The State of Texas requires a brick and mortar establishment to obtain a liquor license to sell alcohol. As a mobile bar, this disqualifies us to obtain a liquor license.
-
Who provides the Alcohol?
The client is responsible for providing the alcohol for the event.
We'll help you estimate how much liquor will be required to cover your guests based on the packages selected during the consultation.
You will be provided with a consultation and a customized shopping list to fit your party's needs.
-
Do you serve only Beer or Wine on Tap?
No! We can also serve your favorite cocktails, punch or even sparkling water from our taps!
If you’re unsure if your beverage of choice can go on tap - reach out to one of our Ranch Water Event members and they can help you out!
-
Is Tip Included?
Yes, we add an industry standard 20% tip to every package.
-
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Additionally, all of our bartenders are TABC certified.
-
What is your rain policy?
Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.
-
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide refunds due to the advanced preparation required for each event. HOWEVER, we are willing to work with each client to choose an alternate date, if available, and re-schedule for the same services initially requested.
-
How do I book you?
Please fill out the information at the bottom of the screen with all your info and we’ll send over a quick questionnaire that will help us build your menu and photo booth overlay!

What kind of power is needed?
We will need a regular 120v to plug into. If power is not available we can provide a generator for an added fee.
